Voluntary Work
When I am not researching family history I like to voluntary work in transcription. I have done many projects with FreeBMD, Ancestry and Family Search.
At the moment I am currently working alongside Kingston University and the British Red Cross and helping with them with transcribing the index card records of the personal details and work of the VADs during the period of the First World War. This project is wonderful to be involved with and I received the following letter just recently from them.
